Neubase helps entrepreneurs around the world launch and manage U.S. based companies without needing to be in the U.S. They’ve built a service that takes care of everything - from company registration to tax filing and bookkeeping - so founders can focus on building their business, not drowning in paperwork.
Whether you’re in Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, Neubase gives you the tools to go global, right from your laptop.

The challenge
When Neubase first launched, their setup did the job. Clients paid through a Stripe link, filled out forms manually, and handled everything else over email. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked—until the volume picked up. With more clients coming in, things started getting harder to manage.
There was no real system in place. Clients didn’t have a central place to track their progress or access their documents. Meanwhile, the Neubase team had to juggle emails, spreadsheets, and internal notes just to stay on top of each company’s status. It was clear they needed a more organized, scalable way to run the show.

The solution
We partnered with Neubase to completely rethink how they worked with clients - and how they ran things behind the scenes. Together, we designed and developed two separate platforms: a clean, intuitive Client Portal for their users, and a powerful Admin Dashboard for their team.
The Client Portal gives users one place to handle everything - from signing up and registering their company to storing important documents, keeping track of their P&L, and upgrading their plan when needed. No more digging through emails or waiting for updates - just a smooth, self-serve experience.

On the other hand, the Admin Dashboard brings everything together for the Neubase team. It lets them keep tabs on every client and registration in progress, manage tax filings, respond to support requests, and roll out new perks as they go. It replaced the patchwork of tools they were using before with one clean interface - built to grow with them.
